Paying for your HIP

In order to cater for every clients situation, we offer a choice of HIP financing options:

Standard Payment - Whether a vendor wishes to pay by Credit/Debit Card or by Cheque, this 'up front' payment option provides the lowest cost method of paying for your HIP;

Deferred Payment - This allows vendors to defer payment for their HIP, for up to 9 months, until completion of a sale. The fee is taken directly from the proceeds of the sale, ensuring minimum financial impact for the client. With no credit check required, this solution is available to vendors in almost every situation;

No Sale, No Fee - Based on the Deferred Payment solution, the 'No Sale - No Fee' option allows 9 months in which to sell the property, at which point payment is taken directly from the proceeds. If, however, the property remains unsold after 9 months, you must pay for your HIP, but will then receive a full refund. This exciting new facility allows home owners to market their property, secure in the knowledge that they will not need to pay for their HIP unless a sale is achieved
